At 67 stories, Miami's Marquis condo (also known as the Marquis Residences) is the second tallest building in the “Magic City”, second only to the Four Seasons and third behind the Southeast Financial Center in terms of overall height. This building in the northeastern section of the Downtown forms part of the Biscayne Wall, which consists of several Miami condos for sale positioned near the western side of Biscyane Boulevard.
Among the features and amenities you’ll find inside the Marquis are a restaurant, Asian inspired water gardens, private storage facilities, oversized high speed elevators, and Smart Building technology for easy access to all of the Marquis services. A spa and fitness facility has the latest exercise equipment, a yoga and aerobics studio, Jacuzzi and steam rooms, a juice bar and spa treatment available. The one, two and three bedroom residences have private elevator foyers lead to units with ten foot ceilings, or twenty feet in lofts. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to oversized private balconies complete with glass railings. All residents also have access to the Marquis hotel amenities.
Marquis is across the street to the west of Bicenntenial Park, itself a large commons that directly overlooks Biscayne Bay. About three blocks north is the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and you'll find other large scale attractions moments to the south at the American Airlines Arena and the Bayside Marketplace. There is a Metromover Station next door to Marquis that facilitates access to several areas without having to drive. Miami Beach is across the water to the east.
